These are default rules. A quotation can set its own methods for the deposit and for the balance; the methods shown on your quotation apply.
Card payments via Stripe
Card payments are processed by Stripe. You enter your card details in Stripe’s secure payment fields at checkout or on your quotation page; Mallexp does not receive or store your card number.
Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment (for example with a code in your banking app). If a card is declined, check the details and billing address, try another card or PayPal, or contact your bank.
PayPal
Choose PayPal to pay from your PayPal account. You approve the payment in PayPal’s window; PayPal handles your login and payment details. PayPal is available for cart orders and for quotation payments up to $1,000.
Bank transfer for quotations (ACH / wire)
Quotations can be paid by bank transfer — ACH or wire. When bank transfer is allowed for a payment, your quotation page provides an invoice with the beneficiary details and a payment reference.

Transfers are reconciled with our banking partners (Mercury for USD transfers, Wise for other currencies). Each payment (deposit and balance) has its own reference.
Bank transfer fees. The payer bears their own bank’s and any intermediary bank charges; the full invoiced amount must arrive.

You receive a shipping notice with the carrier and tracking number.
Currency & tax
Prices are set in US dollars (USD). You can choose another supported currency with the currency selector at the top of the page; prices, shipping and your cart total are then converted from USD at an exchange rate we update daily, and your order is charged in that currency. Card and PayPal are offered only when they support the currency. Quotations are issued and paid in the currency stated on the quotation. The payment-method limits on this page are in USD (or the USD equivalent). If you pay from an account in a different currency, your bank, card issuer or PayPal may convert the amount and charge its own fees.
Mallexp does not collect tax; the tax total is zero. Orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) where available: import duties and taxes are included and paid by us. If DDP is not available for a destination or item, duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Security
- Card data is handled by Stripe and PayPal and is never stored by Mallexp.
- Checkout re-checks the address, shipping method and each product’s MOQ before any payment is created.
- Your quotation link is private. Do not forward it to people who should not see or pay your quotation.
- Mallexp will never ask for card numbers or passwords by email. Report suspicious messages to [email protected].
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Details and time limits are in Returns & refunds.
