Orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) where available: import duties and taxes are included and paid by us, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. If DDP is not available for a destination or item, duties and taxes assessed by local authorities are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Bank transfers for quotations come with an invoice and a payment reference (e.g. MXQ000123-D), so your payment is matched to the right quotation.

Wholesale FAQ

How is the tier price calculated?
By the total pieces of one product across all its variants. For example, BM2586 steps down at 10 (−2%), 20 (−4%) and 30+ (−6%) pieces. Each product page shows its own tier table. The percentage applies to every variant’s own price.
Do pieces of different products add up?
No. Tiers and MOQ are counted per product. Different products in the same cart are priced separately.
What does “mixed MOQ” mean?
The minimum order counts every variant of a product together. Example: CT4204 has an MOQ of 4, so pieces of any of its 5 variants add up to 4. Checkout opens when each product in the cart reaches its MOQ.
Why is a unit price like $2.18 and not $2.1714?
Discounted unit prices are rounded up to the cent: NW1777 at 30+ pieces is $2.31 × 94% = $2.1714 → $2.18.
How much is shipping?
Standard $9.99, free when the product subtotal reaches $150.00; Express $29.99. The final cost is calculated in the cart from the ship-to address.
Are duties and taxes included?
